Chemical Composition: W-Ni-Fe-Co
Diameter: 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 6.35mm, 8.72mm.
Tolerance: +/-0.05mm
Roundness: < 0.1mm
Density: 17.3g/cm3 -17.8g/cm3
The surface of the W252 Tungsten alloy pellets is smoothy and shiny, not allowed to have pores, bubbles, and corrosion-like visible defects.
The raw material of the W252 Tungsten alloy pellets shall be a mixture of loose-metal powders consisting mainly of tungsten and a metallic powder binder such as nickel, iron, or cobalt, which will be produced by sintering and materials meeting the requirements of the specification.
Tungsten is the base material which will be more than 80%, while the Nichel will be around 4.1%-4.5%, the iron will be about 1.8%-2.8%, the balance is cobalt, which is only 0.3%-0.6%.
